I was born and raised in Chicago. After twenty-eight
years in active ministry, the last five as a pastor, I moved to
the Big Island in 1999. (My first of several visits here was in
the late seventies.) Why leave Illinois? It wasn’t the snow of
December -- it wasn’t the cold of January -- it was the overcast
that could last all of February! Many of the trials and tribulations
of a move to Hawaii can be made easier by a knowledgeable and
dedicated real estate agent. After some time working in the tourism
industry I became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2002,
and my association with Property Network, Ltd. began in May, 2003.
My two Boxer dogs and I live on a coffee farm in Holualoa. History
and archaeology have been life-long interests of mine. The Big
Island offers so many intriguing sites to visit – by just walking
next door, to Jeep trips to remote upcountry ranches, to hiking
out to toast marshmallows over flowing lava. I pride myself on
“local knowledge” of the whole Island. If I don’t have the answer
to your question immediately, I will find it and get back to you
promptly. I can be your best friend in real estate.
